The GMW series reciprocating feeder is suitable for mines, coal preparation plants, and thermal power plants to uniformly load coal through coal silos onto conveyors or other screening and storage devices.
This series of feeders is a new type of feeder independently developed by our company after thorough research and analysis of the causes of common failures and structural defects of the K-series reciprocating coal feeders used in multiple coal mines and coal preparation plants. It is an updated product of the traditional K-series reciprocating coal feeders.
Its main characteristics are as follows:
(1) The reducer has dual shaft output and is symmetrically driven by double crank double connecting rods (or Y-shaped single connecting rods), resulting in a more reasonable mechanical structure and more balanced power transmission.
(2) Significantly reduces the twisting of the motor and reducer during operation, greatly protecting the transmission frame and coupling, and ensuring more stable mechanical performance.
(3) Using explosion-proof motors for a safer working environment.
(4) Compact structure with small footprint. Low failure rate, simple and convenient maintenance.
