Description
The FJC series coal jet flotation machine is a new generation (China's third generation) jet flotation machine developed by Tangshan Guohua Technology Co., Ltd. It is a new generation coal jet flotation machine that has made multiple major technical improvements on the basis of the second generation XPM jet flotation machine, further improving various technical and economic indicators. Passed technical appraisal in 2005. The conclusion of the appraisal report is that it possesses (Chinese) original independent intellectual property rights and has an overall international advanced level of technology. This type of flotation machine has been promoted and applied in more than 300 coal preparation plants in China.
Structure and working principle
The main components of the FJC flotation machine include:
? Inflatable stirring device - the core component of FJC flotation machine

? Supporting coal slurry circulating pump
After pre-treatment, the coal slurry enters the feeding box at the front end of the flotation machine, and a part of it flows directly to the first tank to achieve inflatable stirring; The other part is sucked into the circulation pump through the lower part of the false bottom. After being pressurized by the circulation pump, the coal slurry enters the inflatable mixing device and quickly sprays out in a spiral expansion shape from the conical nozzle. Under the suction effect, negative pressure is generated in the injection chamber, and air is sucked in and wrapped into the jet flow through the intake pipe. The jet stream enters the throat and is obliquely sprayed onto the false bottom through an umbrella shaped disperser for inflation and stirring. The mineralized foam is scraped out by the foam scraper, and the unselected coal particles pass through the flow hole with the liquid flow to the rear tank for re separation, and the tailings are finally discharged from the tailings tank.
