Structure and working principle

The main components of the FJC flotation machine include:

?   Inflatable stirring device - the core component of FJC flotation machine

?   Flotation tank

?   Scraping mechanism and ore drawing mechanism

?   Liquid level adjustment mechanism

?   Supporting coal slurry circulating pump

After pre-treatment, the coal slurry enters the feeding box at the front end of the flotation machine, and a part of it flows directly to the first tank to achieve inflatable stirring; The other part is sucked into the circulation pump through the lower part of the false bottom. After being pressurized by the circulation pump, the coal slurry enters the inflatable mixing device and quickly sprays out in a spiral expansion shape from the conical nozzle. Under the suction effect, negative pressure is generated in the injection chamber, and air is sucked in and wrapped into the jet flow through the intake pipe. The jet stream enters the throat and is obliquely sprayed onto the false bottom through an umbrella shaped disperser for inflation and stirring. The mineralized foam is scraped out by the foam scraper, and the unselected coal particles pass through the flow hole with the liquid flow to the rear tank for re separation, and the tailings are finally discharged from the tailings tank.
