On the morning of March 26th, the Tangshan Science and Technology Bureau organized industry experts to form an appraisal committee in Beijing to conduct a technical appraisal of our company's Tangshan Scientific Research and Development Plan project "Dehydration Technology and Equipment for the '22' Model Heavy Media Coal Preparation System". This project aimed to address the long-standing high ash and moisture content of clean coal slurry in China's coal preparation plants, which resulted in high ash and moisture content of the final commodity clean coal in the plants. We had to use the pressure of heavy selection fine ash to "back" the flotation clean coal ash content and the inability of the coal preparation plant to implement full in plant recovery of coal slurry, closed-loop washing water circulation, and zero discharge of industrial water, resulting in the flooding of coal slurry water in wet coal preparation plants, coal resources, and water resources. The problem of serious waste and environmental pollution is solved through the optimization of coarse and fine coal slurry dewatering and recovery equipment, concentration equipment, equipment structural parameters The optimization of operating and process parameters, research on equipment integration technology, process flow, and adaptability of process, equipment, and raw material properties have been successfully developed. The innovative process flow technology of "two-stage flotation of coal slurry and two-stage dewatering of clean coal slurry; two-stage concentration and two-stage recovery of tail coal slurry water" has been successfully developed, reducing the ash content of commercial clean coal in coal preparation plants by 0.25-1.5 percentage points and reducing water content by 1.5-2.5 percentage points. It has achieved complete recovery of coal slurry, closed-loop washing, zero discharge of industrial wastewater, and clean water coal selection, saving water resources. The water consumption per ton of coal reaches 0.05-0.07m3, and the water reuse rate is ≥ 93%, which is better than the "Energy saving in Coal Industry" jointly issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the State Environmental Protection Administration. "Opinions on Emission Reduction Work" (Development and Reform Energy [2007] No. 1456) target requirements and GB8978 GB20426 mandatory standard requirements for coal mine wastewater discharge.
The attending experts listened to the research reports related to the project and watched the live production and usage videos. After questioning and discussion, they unanimously agreed that the "22" mode of process flow successfully developed in this project is innovative and constitutes the main framework of the new coal slurry recovery process in the coal preparation plant. The overall technology of the project has reached the international advanced level, the research and development results are mature, and the economic and social benefits are significant. It has good demonstration and promotion value.

The sorting capacity is 455-489t/h, with a possible deviation of Ep=0.027kg/L for particle sizes ranging from 50 to 0.5mm and Ep=0.097kg/L for particle sizes ranging from 0.5 to 0.25mm. The effective sorting limit reaches 0.25mm. 50-0.5mm raw coal has an ash content of 41.48%, clean coal has an ash content of 18.47%, gangue with coal content of 0.93%, and clean coal with gangue content of 1.70%.
This research achievement is pioneering and has independent intellectual property rights. The overall technology has reached the international leading level and has good demonstration and promotion application value. The appraisal committee unanimously agreed to pass the technical appraisal.
