The India Bora Satna Power Coal Preparation Plant, designed by Guohua Technology, was officially put into operation in April 2013, and all indicators met the design requirements.
The Satna coal preparation plant, constructed by the Bora Group of India, has an hourly processing capacity of 150 tons. The main purpose of this coal preparation plant is to wash local high ash coal. The main washing adopts a two-stage, two product, heavy medium cyclone separation process with no pressure feeding as the core, and the tail coal slurry adopts a two-stage concentration and recovery process. The factory adopts a steel structure hall style design with fast construction and convenient equipment maintenance.
The main washing workshop adopts a 2GMHC1000/780P type pressure free feeding two-stage two product heavy medium cyclone, which achieves high-density separation of 1.80-2.00kg/L with a single low-density heavy suspension; The coal slurry water system adopts two inclined tube thickeners with small footprint and good concentration effect, implements a two-stage concentration and dehydration process, reduces the number of tail coal pressure filters, reduces tail coal slurry moisture and equipment investment; Adopting the production centralized control device and automatic measurement and control system of process parameters developed by Guohua Technology, real-time monitoring and control of process parameters and sorting density are carried out to ensure ****** and stable sorting indicators.
Except for the patented equipment of Guohua Technology, all other auxiliary equipment adopts domestic first-class brands, and key components such as PLC and bearings adopt world-class brands to ensure stable and reliable operation of production systems and equipment.
