On April 18, 2011, the China Coal Industry Association organized a technical appraisal of the research and application of atomization drop type coal slurry preprocessor. This project was led by Beijing Guohua Technology Co., Ltd., with the participation of Huaibei Mining Co., Ltd. Linhuan Coal Preparation Plant and Anhui University of Science and Technology. Under the auspices of Liu Feng and Cao Wenjun of China Coal Industry Association, the appraisal meeting formed an expert group with Chen Qingru, an academician, professor and doctoral advisor of the CAE Member as the chairman, Wu Shiyu, a consultant and professor level senior engineer of China Coal Processing and Utilization Association, and Yu Yu, a deputy chief engineer and senior engineer of Huainan Mining (Group) Corporation as the deputy chairman.
After appraisal by the expert group, the following appraisal opinions were finally reached:
1. The FCA-2500 atomization drop type coal slurry preprocessor uses a low-pressure pneumatic jet atomizer to atomize flotation reagents, improving their dispersion; The coal slurry falls and flows on a sliding plate with a bar, causing different contact times between coarse and fine coal particles and flotation reagents, solving the problem of short contact time between coarse particles and reagents. The full contact between coal slurry and chemicals has created favorable conditions for reducing the dosage of chemicals. This technology is pioneering both domestically and internationally.
2. The FCA-2500 atomization drop type coal slurry preprocessor is used in conjunction with the FJC16-4 flotation machine in Linhuan Coal Preparation Plant. Under the condition of wind pressure of 0.08 MPa, the air volume is 2.13 m3/h, and the calculated power is 0.39 kW; The average industrial test value is: feed ash content is 26.73%, with<0.03mm particle size accounting for about 30% and ash content above 45%. The flotation agent dosage is 0.66kg/t (including 0.44 kg/t of collector and 0.22 kg/t of foaming agent), clean coal ash content is 11.49%, and tailings ash content is 71.26%. Compared with the traditional XK-400 slurry preparer with the same processing capacity, it saves 24.17% of flotation agent dosage, reduces power by 2.6kW, and achieves the advanced level of reagent consumption indicators in China. The energy-saving and consumption reducing effect is significant.
3. The structure design of the FCA-2500 coal slurry preprocessor is reasonable, and the required air source can utilize the existing compressed air system of the coal preparation plant. The equipment has a simple structure, no moving parts, and requires minimal maintenance.
4. Conclusion and suggestions:
The research results have complete information, reliable data, and advanced technical indicators; Standardized and complete identification documents; The overall technology has reached the international leading level, and as an energy-saving equipment for coal preparation plants, it has good promotion and application value. The appraisal committee unanimously agreed to pass the technical appraisal.
