On May 28, 2011, the company held a general manager's office meeting in the conference room of the Beijing Marketing Center. The chairman, general manager, and deputy general managers at home of the company attended the meeting, which started at 10am and ended at 6pm. The meeting mainly summarized the work of Guohua Technology since the beginning of the year, analyzed the current situation of the company, and studied and implemented the key work arrangements for the next stage. Through this meeting, the company's leadership team has achieved the goal of further enhancing consensus, coordinating actions, and working together to achieve the annual goals. The meeting also made specific arrangements for the preliminary work of some major projects, promoting DVE cooperation, and applying for Class A qualifications. The meeting also discussed individual matters related to employment and dismissal.
At the end of the meeting, Mr. Zhao Shuyan, the chairman of the company, solemnly presented the "appointment letter" signed by him to the president and five vice presidents hired by Beijing Guohua Technology Co., Ltd., marking the formal establishment and operation of the leadership team composed of the chairman, president, and each vice president of the Beijing company.
