This process has the characteristics of strong applicability of coal quality, simple process, low investment and operating costs. The coal selection process package of Guohua Technology includes three main products of heavy medium cyclone separator for raw coal: no pre discharge of gangue, no classification, no desliming and no pressure feeding; Coarse coal slurry heavy medium cyclone selection; Fine coal slurry is roughened by a jet flotation machine after being deslimed in the flotation feed desliming tank; Clean coal slurry two-stage dehydration and tail coal slurry two-stage concentration two-stage recovery (i.e. "22" mode). Has the following innovative points: (1) Breaking through the second threshold of 1kg/t, reducing the medium consumption of non desliming heavy media to below 0.8kg/t; (2) Breaking through the difficulty of effectively sorting the lower limit of 1mm in large cyclone separators and reducing it to below 0.25mm; (3) Breaking through the bottleneck of three product heavy medium cyclone discharge and eliminating pre discharge; (4) The sorting accuracy of the three product cyclone competes for the first time with two products; (5) Pioneering the "foolproof" stabilizing system of coal slurry heavy medium cyclone; (6) Invent a simple and efficient flotation feed desliming tank; (7) Pioneering technology to reduce the amount of coal tailings from pressure filtration by multiple times. Guohua Technology's coal preparation process package is currently the ****** coal preparation process in China, forming the main framework of China's coal preparation technology and leading the design and development direction of China's super large coal preparation plants; Greatly enhancing the international status of China's coal preparation technology; Promoted the development of large-scale, intensive, and efficient coal preparation plants; It has laid a solid foundation for highly automated and intelligent large-scale coal preparation plants; It has been popularized and applied in more than 600 coal preparation plants at home and abroad (such as Türkiye, Mongolia, India, etc.). The 12.0Mt/a Huainan Panji Coal Preparation Plant and 16.0Mt/a Huaibei Linhuan Coal Preparation Plant using this process package have all raw coal sorted by the most efficient and reliable heavy medium cyclone, with a lower effective separation limit of ≤ 0.1mm for heavy medium. The Panji Coal Preparation Plant consumes 0.4-0.8kg of coal per ton and 7.26kW · h of electricity per ton, which is 19.6% lower than the GB 29446-2012 Coal Preparation Electricity Consumption Limit; The water consumption per ton of coal is 0.07m3, which is 39.1% lower than the standard water intake quota of 0.115m3 in GB/T18916. According to financial statistics, Panji Coal Preparation Plant increased efficiency by 2.024 billion yuan and achieved a net profit of 1.517 billion yuan from 2019 to August 2020. The practice of Panji Coal Preparation Plant with a capacity of over ten million tons has shown that the coal preparation process package of Guohua Technology has the characteristics of strong applicability of coal quality, simple process flow, low investment and operating costs, and has achieved good economic and social benefits. It provides an efficient, simplified, and energy-saving application example for the construction and technical transformation of China's ten million ton super large coking coal preparation plant. |
