Recently, Huadian Coal Industry held a special meeting in Beijing to ensure the year-end trial production of Shenmu Longde Coal Mine, and listened to relevant reports on the preliminary work and construction progress of the Longde Coal Mine project. The meeting called for Longde Coal Mine to prioritize safety management, improve various safety production measures, strengthen the allocation and training of production personnel, establish and improve various rules and regulations and work procedures, accelerate the construction of civil engineering, increase the urging of main equipment in the mine, make good preparations for production, and ensure a smooth transition to trial production by the end of the year.
In the preliminary work of the project, Huadian Coal Industry, in accordance with the project approval goals established at the beginning of the year work meeting, requires all project companies to strengthen organizational leadership and communication coordination, and focus on accelerating the approval procedures. Following the principle of heavy rewards and punishments, we will strive to obtain approval from Xiaojiawa Coal Mine, Xiaojihan Coal Mine, and Xiheishan Coal Mine within the year. Tianshuibao Coal Mine obtained the approval of the mining area's general plan and the approval of the first well within the year, and the second well obtained the "road strip".
The acquisition of strategic resources and high-quality projects is related to the long-term development of coal enterprises. In order to improve coal production capacity, while strengthening coal construction, Huadian Coal Industry has established a project acquisition work leadership group and dispatched elite personnel to set up regional acquisition work groups in the four major coal bases. They actively seek acquisition opportunities, strive to acquire high-quality resources, and strive to achieve an annual acquisition coal production capacity of over 2 million tons in the four major bases of Mengxi, Yulin, Shanxi, and Xinjiang. At the same time, actively implementing the "going out" strategy, steadily exploring overseas coal resources and trade in Indonesia, Australia, and North Korea, and expanding overseas development space.
Safety production work is of utmost importance for the development of coal enterprises. After the completion of production at the end of the first half of the year at the Buliangou Coal Mine, Huadian Coal Industry has demonstrated a spirit of continuous combat, focusing on accelerating the speed of mine excavation, improving the level of single entry in the excavation face, and ensuring the orderly replacement of the mining face to achieve the production target of 10 million tons. Simultaneously strengthening mechanical and electrical equipment and on-site management to improve the comprehensive integrity rate of equipment; Strictly control the entire production process of the coal washing plant, strictly control product quality, and improve the clean coal recovery rate and comprehensive yield.
